1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging TECHINCEPTO for software development services, using our website, or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials during the project
• Designate a point of contact for project communication
• Ensure all content and materials provided are legally authorized for use
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide accurate information during project onboarding
• Respect project timelines and sprint schedules

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the contract. TECHINCEPTO retains the right to:

• Use general techniques, knowledge, and experience gained during the project
• Showcase the project in our portfolio (with client approval)
• Retain ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and libraries used across multiple projects

The client may not:

• Resell or redistribute TECHINCEPTO's proprietary tools or internal frameworks
• Claim ownership of third-party open-source libraries used in the project

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, source code, trade secrets, and any information marked as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be executed upon request.

6. Warranties & Support

TECHINCEPTO provides a warranty period (as defined in each project contract) during which we will fix bugs and issues in the delivered software at no additional cost. After the warranty period:

• Ongoing support and maintenance packages are available
• Feature enhancements and new development are billed separately
• Emergency support can be arranged with priority response times

7. Limitation of Liability

TECHINCEPTO provides software development services to the best of our ability. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Project Changes & Cancellations

Changes to project scope are handled through a formal change request process. Additional scope may affect timelines and costs. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as outlined in the project contract. Upon termination, the client receives all completed deliverables for which payment has been made.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
